Developed by Mesa Mesken, one of Turkey's leading construction and real estate companies, Kent Etiler is positioned as one of Istanbul's most significant urban transformation projects, with the goal of becoming Etiler's new center of living. This large-scale mixed-use project brings residential, office, and retail spaces under one roof, and with components such as cafes, restaurants, shops, and a social club, creates a vibrant urban fabric that redefines urban living.

Within this project, we provided overall concept consultancy to achieve seamless architectural cohesion between the residential, commercial, and social components; we developed strategies defining the function of every parcel and created a framework that unified the project under a single vision.
